Flowers in the Desert (Youth Drama) - Spring 2012

This was a play about a Group Home for girls, set in a remote location. It follows the daily lives of troubled teenage girls from diverse backgrounds, all with different issues to deal with. The home is run by a strong willed woman who is always in command of every situation. The girls are there for various reasons and react to their situation in different and sometimes disturbing ways.This was the Youth Drama Group's first full length production, and they rose to the challenge with determination and enthusiasm.
