Annual General Meeting
This year’s AGM will follow the following structure
- Chairperson’s Report
- Secretary’s Report
- Treasurer’s Report
- Group Discussion and 2009 Review
- Step down of current Management Committee
- Election 2010 Management Committee
- Close
All members interested in any role will be announced before the election. Once a person is nominated and seconded then the person is deemed elected. the following roles need to be filled
- Chairperson
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- PRO
- Committee Member 1
- Committee Member 2
- Committee Member 3
All members are encouraged to review the responsibilities of these roles and to express interest in one or more of these roles before the meeting. Additional details here
